THE BRAND

Nick Nairn is one of the UK’s leading chefs and appears on National TV programmes such as Saturday Kitchen, Ready Steady Cook and Iron Chef. Nick hosts a number of events and programmes including BBC Scotland’s weekly rural affairs programme, Landward. Nick is passionate about food, passionate about Scottish produce, and believes strongly in his continued campaign to reduce salt levels.

THE BACKGROUND

From 2008 Nick has worked successfully with Rivermill to develop a range of Scottish products for sale to major multiples in Scotland and Nationally throughout the UK. The product range should aim at all times to be manufactured in Scotland, using the best of Scottish produce, reflecting his stance on salt, and above all – to taste fantastic.

THE RESULTS

Nick appointed Rivermill as his representatives in September 2008. Rivermill have now developed and gained listings for 11 products across 4 categories in 3 retailers.
